// JRInside Out Tunisia
Episode 1 of the film series documenting JR’s Inside Out Project features the first group to respond to his call for global art action via the TED Prize platform. Artocracy was set up by a group of Tunisian photographers - Sophia Baraket, Rania Dou, Wissal Dargueche, Aziz Tnani, Hichem Driss and Héla Ammar. Their portraits of Tunisians, printed as huge street posters, were then pasted up in public spaces. It’s a timely artistic response to the popular uprising which led to the ousting of President Ben Ali in January 2011. One hundred Tunisian faces replaced the ubiquitous image of the former leader across the capital Tunis. Watch the film and start your own group!
